The Online Grievance Redressal System has been developed by Institute in order to maintain a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute.
Online Grievance Redressal System is a mechanism commonly used to receive and act on complaints or grievances lodge by user or grievant (students, parents or Staff member) and ensure satisfactory, effective solutions in a hassle-free & timely manner.
General Instructions for New User
1. Click on user panel.
2. Click on sign up and fill the sign up form and submit to complete sign up (registration) process.
3. Go to user login page and do the login by entering user name & password.
4. After login in to grievance portal you can submit the complaint by clicking on Submit Complaint.
5. In online complaint form please provide user type, department, complaint type, complaint title, complaint description in brief and upload relevant proofs in jpeg/doc/pdf format if available.
6. After submitting complaint you can check your complaint status through your user login.
7. All further communication will be made through this online portal & email only so please remember your user name & password.
